2. Orders, Authenticity & Pricing

• Curated with Intention :At Sudea Closet, every piece is thoughtfully hand-picked and curated for today’s woman. From distinctive silhouettes to beautiful details, our collections are chosen to bring together effortless elegance, individuality, and timeless style.
• Pricing & Invoicing: All prices displayed on the Sudea Closet website are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes, unless otherwise stated for international orders. A detailed invoice will be provided with every confirmed purchase.
• Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully confirmed through our authorised payment partners, you will receive an electronic order confirmation with your order details. Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched, and your order can also be conveniently tracked through the Sudea Closet website.

3. Sizing & Custom Alterations

• Please review our comprehensive Size Guide prior to placing your order.
• Free-size, semi-stitched, or unstitched sets can be custom-tailored to individual measurements. Custom-tailored pieces cannot be canceled once fabrication commences.

4. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping (India):Orders within India are delivered within 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Applicable shipping charges, if any, are payable by the customer. Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided, and orders can also be conveniently tracked through the Sudea Closet website.
• International Shipping: international orders are shipped through trusted global courier partners, with delivery generally estimated within 5–10 working days, depending on the destination. All shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local clearance fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

- Delivery Delays: Sudea Closet shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, unforeseen transit disruptions, courier delays, or customs processing and clearance.

-Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
